8/12/2011 - The Board of Directors of Ageas took the decision in accordance with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, to delist the Ageas share (ISIN Code BE0003801181) from the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and to withdraw their dealing on the Bourse de Luxembourg Market.

The delisting of the Ageas share from the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and their withdrawal from the dealing on the Bourse de Luxembourg Market will be effective on 8 March 2012.
