Remuneration of Board of Directors members and Executive Committee members

Remuneration Policy
The remuneration policy for Board members and Group Executive Committee members was developed by Ageas’s Board of Directors. It is a tailor-made system, which is appropriate for both the performance of Ageas and its executives and employees. The Board recognised that in doing so, careful attention should not only be given to performance incentives, but also to Ageas’s corporate values, strategy, quality and sustainability of the business, and risk profile.

The current remuneration policy was established to be applicable as from 1 January 2010 and was adopted by the General Meetings of Shareholders on 28 and 29 April 2010 in respectively Brussels and Utrecht.
