Your position

Ageas is committed to endorse the development of senior management and to create learning platforms for future required capabilities. The Ageas Academy is focused on the delivery of Talent and Development initiatives against these objectives.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Interact and communicate with participants, HR departments and programme facilitators

    • support participants in application process: send invitations (both mass & individual), gather nominations, follow-up responses with reminders, share pre-work and reports, schedule calls and meetings when necessary

    • ensure detailed participant administration (travel, food requirements, transport, …),

    • manage the quarterly 360° Leadership Scan cycles: gather nominations, follow-up responses with reminders, share reports with participants and HR departments

    • edit, launch and monitor evaluation surveys

    • follow-up functional group mailboxes used for Academy and Talent purposes

  • Support the practical delivery of Academy programmes and internal HR events (onsite, online & hybrid)

    • facilitate all bookings and communication with venues, hotels, catering and restaurants

    • prepare presentations and other support materials such as schedules, participant lists, pictures, goodies, name tags, certifications, …

    • prepare & ship logistic and promotion materials required for delivery

    • keep stock of logistic and promotion materials

  • Administer Academy programmes and Talent data in HR systems

    • create and monitor Academy offering in Cornerstone on Demand

    • centralise all participation data for reporting purposes

  • Support and administrate mentorships and individual career conversations between Ageas top management and (senior) managers (mailings, scheduling, cv’s, pictures, reports,…)

  • Schedule recurrent meetings such as weekly Academy meetings, monthly Talent Committees, talent conversations and meetings with HR counterparts from the entities

Your profile

  • A curious and enthusiastic (HR) professional

  • Efficient and meticulous, with strong administrative skills

  • Good written and verbal communication ability

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Fluent in both English and another language (French or Dutch)

  • IT literate, with good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

  • Good organization and prioritization, while being flexible and stress-resistant

  • A first experience in working in a large, international and complex organization is a plus
