Your key deliverables:
Designing and executing the data strategy and roadmap
Engaging with senior business stakeholders to understand their business needs
Establishing a solid data-driven approach to decision-making across the organization
Leading a team of talented data scientists to positively impact the organization by leveraging data
Leveraging modeling techniques to identify, analyze, and present actionable data to drive business decisions
Responsible for Data Governance & Management
Managing Data Technology & Platform including Data Architecture & Data integration &
Managing activities of Servicing - Reporting and Analytics - Advanced Analytics
At least 2 years as Chief of Data Officer or Head of Data Analytics/Advanced Analytics department, preferably having experience in the insurance industry
Strong prior experience in a senior leadership role within data management
Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successfully leading teams
Strong stakeholder management & business partnering skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when required
