Within PMO & IT Coordination in the Corporate Center, the IT Coordination team acts as a bridge between the Business departments of the Corporate Center and IT suppliers.  IT Coordination is responsible for designing, implementing and running efficient IT processes and governance.  IT Coordination also coordinates crisis management and business continuity for the Corporate Center.

Your function

  • You organize, manage and maintain the Ageas Cloud Hub function:

    • Maintain relationships with the service owners, provide the service owners with clear instructions on the data and information to be delivered, advise and give guidance on required service level agreements

    • Perform the rebilling and chargeback towards the Opco’s for the used cloud services, respecting the transfer pricing principles

  • You maintain an overview of all services in a service catalogue, service providers and clients of the Ageas cloud universe

  • You maintain the Ageas cloud document repository

  • You design, implement and maintain ICT standards, processes and governance in different ICT domains: identity & access management, IT Security, application management, demand management, usage of ICT hardware, software, services

  • You ensure that, with the progressive digitalization of the organisation, the basic principles and standards are respected

  • You maintain the Application Architecture / IT Landscape overview for the Corporate Center.   This includes discussing & documenting a number of aspects of our applications, such as roles and responsibilities, interfaces, capabilities

  • You support our Business Continuity and – Crisis Management, including scenario design, exercises, supporting impact assessments.

Your profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration and affinity with IT, Administration & Financial processes 

  • You have 5 to 8 years working experience; 

  • You have experience with project management;

  • You are a good communicator, both oral and in writing: you speak the language of both Business and IT people and you can explain in a convincing way your views to people in different domains and levels in the organisation;

  • You possess analytical and problem solving skills;

  • You can plan, organize and coordinate;

  • You are customer- and results-oriented;

  • You are versatile and able to go beyond the boundaries of your job description;

  • You have a hands-on attitude;

  • You are a team player who can work with very different types of people;

  • You are fluent in English.
