For our communications department, located in Brussels, we are looking for a Group Internal Communications Manager.

Your function

As Group Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for all internal communication initiatives towards the Ageas Group (40,000 employees). Within your role, you will be responsible for sharing company news and getting your colleagues connected & engaged through different initiatives & formats, contributing towards making Ageas a Great Place to Grow for all.

Your tasks will include the following:

  • Lead the overall development and execution of the internal communications strategy at Ageas Group level

  • Organisation of physical, digital & hybrid events to create networking & knowledge sharing moments for employees across the Group

  • Communicate about Group initiatives and the Group strategy via innovating & interactive formats

  • Prepare speeches & presentations for the CEO and other members of the Ageas Executive Committee

  • Enhance the internal positioning of the CEO, the Ageas Executive Committee and senior management

  • Animate & connect the Group Communications platform: Connect the communications experts across the Group, look for interesting/trending themes that can be discussed during these meetings and facilitate knowledge sharing

Your profile

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar communication role;

  • Experience at corporate level or in the financial sector is a plus;

  • You possess strong presentation and written communication skills;

  • You are proficient in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus;

  • You are able to build a strong internal network in no time;

  • You have high degree of computer literacy: MS Office tools, digital communications & collaboration tools;

  • You have a team-oriented work style;

  • You are pro-active, open-minded, creative, a strategic thinker and flexible;

  • You are a communications all-rounder who does not hold back in helping fellow team members in busy periods;
