For our HR Department at the Corporate Center in Brussels, we are looking for an HR Advisor:

Your function

  • You will be responsible for all staffing activities within the Ageas CC: 
    • You manage the recruitment process from A – Z (from intake to employment offering); 
    • You manage all trainee & internships, from placement to follow-up;
    • You manage internal mobility by advising staff about their possible career;
    • You liaise closely with the colleagues from International HR regarding international assignments;
  • You ensure a good execution of the onboarding process and support line managers in welcoming their new colleagues; 
  • You coordinate all learning activities for all staff within the Ageas CC: 
    • You identify training needs and map out development plans for both teams and individuals in close collaboration with line management and the HR manager; 
    • You maintain and upgrade the learning offer for all Ageas people managers;
    • You build-up and maintain a network of learning partners; 
    • You are the SPOC for the Ageas Academy in order to align learning needs at a group level;
    • You launch and implement initiatives to facilitate internal knowledge sharing; 
  • You conduct all exit-interviews and suggest action plans based on the insights gained;  
  • You ensure a timely and accurate reporting on the activities within your scope;
  • You participate in various HR projects, mainly in your area of expertise; 
  • You stay abreast of the most recent developments in various HR domains, identify opportunities and pro-actively propose improvements to the HR practices at Ageas;

Your profile

  • You hold a Master degree and have a minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role or in recruitment & selection;
  • You are well-organized with regard to achieving results;
  • You are hands-on and have no problem adapting your working priorities if needed;
  • You have a sense for independent work and are passionate about working together in a team towards the joint deliverables; 
  • You are customer oriented, approachable and you have strong interpersonal skills;
  • You have a professional attitude and like to work with people of diverse backgrounds;
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
