For the Ageas Corporate Center, with offices located in Brussels, we are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team.

Your function        

  • You are responsible from A -Z for the recruitment & selection process at the Ageas Corporate Center. Tasks include the following:

    • Sourcing: drafting of job descriptions, posting of the vacancies on the different channels, assigning staffing agencies,… ;

    • Selection: screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, making recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and follow-up, organizing assessment-centers, performing reference checks, …;

    • Completing timely reports on recruitment & selection activities;  

    • Managing third parties in the field of recruitment & selection.

  • You manage all training demands for the Ageas Corporate Center:

    • Identifying & assessing training needs;

    • Selecting the appropriate suppliers to meet the defined training needs;

    • Coordinating the delivery of training programs;

    • Evaluating training programs;

    • Managing third parties in the field of learning.

  • You participate in various HR projects (e.g. employee experience, employer branding, employee engagement, ,…);

  • You are responsible for process documentation and quality monitoring in your specific area of expertise;

  • You stay abreast of the most recent developments in various HR domains, identify opportunities and pro-actively propose improvements to the HR policies at Ageas;

Your profile

  • You hold a Master or Bachelor degree and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR;

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment & selection, additional experience in at least 1 other sub-field of HR;

  • You have a good command of three languages: English, Dutch, French;

  • You are customer oriented and aim to achieve a win-win outcome;

  • You are able to convince others using arguments adapted to the situation;

  • You are well-organised with regard to achieving results;

  • You quickly adapt to change and can also motivate others to do so;

  • You have a professional attitude and are used to working in an international environment with people of diverse backgrounds.
