For its CDO Project Management Office at the Corporate Center in Brussels, Ageas is currently looking for an HR Project & Technology Officer.

Your function

International scope

  • You assist the PMO in implementation projects of the different entities in the group-wide HR tool (Cornerstone OnDemand)

  • You continuously seek for opportunities to increase the usage & the user experience of the HR tools including the integration with other platforms.

  • You stimulate sharing amongst the entities.

  • You provide operational follow-up of the relationship with the external providers in the best interest of Ageas.

  • You organize and deliver the necessary support and data collection for group wide processes (e.g. Talent processes, HR dashboard)

  • You support the development & definition of the HR data strategy at group level in collaboration with the PMO.

HR Technology for Corporate Center

  • You act as first-line support for the HR-team for all technology-related questions

  • You coordinate with different functions (IT, Data Protection, Legal) and act as a SPOC for HR

  • You assess new (technology) needs in the context of the Corporate Center

  • You assist the PMO both on group and local level

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree

  • You have a passion for technology

  • You have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience

  • You are focussed on delivering quality

  • You possess strong analytical skills

  • You possess a "can-do" attitude and are a positive thinker

  • You are able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills;

  • You have excellent stakeholder, client relationship and communication skills

  • You possess a good level of cultural awareness and are able to work with people with different backgrounds;

  • You are able to express yourself fluently in English; Dutch and/or French being a plus

  • Experiences that are considered a plus:

    • Experience with talent management systems, e.g. knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand

    • Experience in HR data management & reporting

    • Experience in HR project management

    • Experience in working and delivering in a functional organization.
