Within PMO & IT Coordination in the Corporate Center, the IT Coordination team acts as a bridge between the Business departments of the Corporate Center and IT suppliers.  IT Coordination is responsible for designing, implementing and running efficient IT processes and governance.  IT Coordination also coordinates crisis management and business continuity for the Corporate Center.

Your function

  • You elaborate / improve ICT standards, processes and governance in different ICT domains:

      • package/service selection and implementation

      • identity & access management, IT Security

      • application management

      • demand management

      • usage of ICT hardware, software, services


  • You implement, after approval, the standards and processes, and help Corporate Center departments to follow them.

  • You coordinate the Ageas Cloud Hub:

    • Maintain an overview of all services, service providers, clients of common Cloud Services in the Ageas group.

    • Create a consolidated overview of the technical components to deliver a service, and their related costs.

    • Set-up & maintain billing to operating companies of services in the common Ageas cloud.


  • You maintain the Application Architecture / IT Landscape overview for the Corporate Center.   This includes discussing & documenting a number of aspects of our applications, such as roles and responsibilities, interfaces, capabilities.


  • You manage projects owned by IT Coordination:

    • Plan together with Business and IT Suppliers

    • Follow-up, Monitor progress

    • Report the status of the project to stakeholders & management

  • You support our Business Continuity and – Crisis Management, including scenario design, exercises, supporting impact assessments.

Your profile

  • You have a Master’s degree in ICT or in Business Administration with an ICT specialization;

  • You have more than 8 years experience in a similar job, of which 5 years in service delivery (supplier relations) and a minimum of 5 years project management experience;

  • You are a good communicator, both oral and in writing: you speak the language of both Business and IT people and you can explain in a convincing way your views to people in different domains and levels in the organisation;

  • You possess analytical and problem solving skills;

  • You can plan, organize and coordinate;

  • You are customer- and results-oriented;

  • You are versatile and able to go beyond the boundaries of your job description;

  • You have a hands-on attitude: you will be designing a process and also implementing it;

  • You are a team player who can work with very different types of people;

  • You speak fluently Dutch/French and English.
