Within PMO & IT Coordination in the Corporate Center, the IT Coordination team acts as a bridge between the Business departments of the Corporate Center and IT suppliers.  IT Coordination is responsible for designing, implementing and running efficient IT processes and governance.  IT Coordination also coordinates crisis management and business continuity for the Corporate Center.

Your function

As a IT Operational Analyst your main tasks will be:

  • Performing Identity & Access management:

    • Set-up and maintain user account management and role based access management (e.g. new users, certifications, role definition) and maintain the user account overview.

    • Support the on- and off- boarding of staff.

    • Execute recertification of users, assets, accesses & roles.

    • Manage Ageas- operating company users who need to access Group systems.


  • Managing incidents & problems:

    • Troubleshoot & manage incidents in applications, services, hardware, and telco.

    • Follow-up and monitor the Service Desk IT AG to ensure a timely issue resolution.

    • Participate in problem resolution to minimize the number of incidents.


  • Providing application support  for applications under IT responsibility:

    • Do functional/user maintenance and document the usage of applications & resources owned by IT.  (e.g. Aris, Everbridge)

    • Plan maintenance & upgrades with third party service providers, in such a way that disruptions of day-to-day business processes are prevented.


  • Coordinating ICT Changes:

    • Test/Plan roll-out of IT Changes with IT Suppliers and CC departments.

    • Make sure that ICT Changes do not impact (or limit the impact on) the business processes.

    • Communicate on ICT changes in a timely and understandable manner.

    • Facilitate Disaster Recovery exercises.


  • Providing project support

    • Take up analysis- and execution tasks in a broad variety of IT projects (software, hardware, services, telco).

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in ICT;

  • You have more than 5 years experience in a similar job, including aspects of service delivery, client/supplier relations and Project management;

  • You speak fluently Dutch/French and English, and are an excellent communicator also in writing;

  • You can explain technical topics to business people;

  • You possess analytical and problem solving skills;

  • You are self-organised;

  • You are customer- and results-oriented;

  • You are versatile and are able and willing to go beyond the boundaries of your job description;

  • You have a hands-on attitude: you will be designing a process and also implementing it;

  • You are a team player who can work with very different types of people.
