Senior Business Auditor

Our organisation

Ageas is a listed international insurance Group with a heritage spanning 190 years. It offers Retail and Business customers Life and Non-Life insurance products designed to suit their specific needs, today and tomorrow.

As one of Europe's larger insurance companies, Ageas concentrates its activities in Europe and Asia, which together make up the major part of the global insurance market. It operates successful insurance businesses in Belgium, the UK, Luxembourg, France, Portugal, Turkey, China, Malaysia, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, and the Philippines through a combination of wholly owned subsidiaries and long term partnerships with strong financial institutions and key distributors.

Its internal audit function pools the ageas sa/nv, ageas Group and AG Insurance internal audit activities into one “Audit Competence Centre” which reports to the respective CEOs and Audit Committees. Constituting the third line of defence, Internal Audit provides an independent, objective and relevant assurance; it is designed to enhance and protect the organisation’s value, and to improve its operations. Internal Audit helps the organisation accomplish its objectives by bringing a risk based systematic approach to evaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes, and to recommend solutions for optimizing them.

We are actively seeking an experienced internal auditor of either sex in order to strengthen the team.

You are the reference point for the Audit Competence Centre and its management team.
