In accordance with the rules on financial transparency, UBS AG sent two notifications on 22 June 2010, advising Ageas of the following:

• On 15 June 2010, UBS AG's interest in Ageas shares has exceeded the statutory threshold of 3% and amounted to 3,61%

• On 16 June 2010, UBS AG's interest in Ageas shares fell below the statutory threshold of 3%.
