Gilke Eeckhoudt becomes Ageas’s new Chief Development & Sustainability Officer

As of 1 September 2021, Gilke Eeckhoudt will take up the role of Chief Development & Sustainability Officer (CDSO) at Ageas, a new role created within the context of our recently announced new 3-Year strategic plan.

As CDSO, Gilke Eeckhoudt will become part of the Ageas Management Committee and lead all transversal business initiatives within Business Development, Technology Development & Sustainability and support the Groupwide implementation of Impact24.

Gilke joined Ageas 11 years ago and became Corporate Communications Director in 2012. In 2019, she took up the role of Group Strategy & Corporate Affairs Director.

Her vast knowledge of Ageas, the business and Impact24, make her the right person to take up this new function. We wish her all the best in her new role.
