Luis Menezes to succeed Steven Braekeveldt as CEO Ageas Portugal

On 1 October 2024, and subject to the necessary regulatory approvals, Luis Menezes will succeed Steven Braekeveldt as CEO of Ageas Portugal.

As former CEO Portugal of UNILABS, Luis Menezes will bring vast and successful experiences to further steer Ageas’s Portuguese activities.  

Luis Menezes will join Ageas Portugal during the next months, taking up the role of Deputy CEO and Executive Committee member alongside Steven Braekeveldt, to prepare a smooth transition period. On 1 October 2024 Luis Menezes will take up his position as CEO, subject to the approval of the Portuguese regulator.
