Regulated information - Ageas publishes Annual Financial Information, updated Annual Review website and new App

Ageas publishes its Annual Financial Information 2012 and the Annual Review website today. Alongside the Annual and Business reports, more in-depth information and video material has been developed on the businesses in Europe and Asia, including highlights of 2012 and other interesting topics. In addition, an Ageas application was designed to better inform stakeholders.

The Annual Financial information 2012 contains three separate parts: - the Annual Report 2012 consisting of the Message to the Shareholders, the Report of the Board of Directors and the Consolidated Financial Statements of Ageas, statutory accounts of ageas SA/NV including the Independent auditor's report;

- the 2012 Embedded Value Report including the Independent auditor's report; - the Business Report 2012 with more business related topics providing a snapshot of Ageas's achievements in Europe & Asia in 2012 as well as information on future ambitions.

On the Annual Review website ar.ageas.com, user-friendly and tailor-made content will be available such as video interviews with leading people within Ageas, country statistics, highlights of animated versions of graphs, histograms and pie charts. Thailand, Portugal and the UK are discussed with local experts as the latest countries in the picture. And a weekly blog by the Investor Relations department relating to the Ageas's share is now live on this website!

In addition, an Ageas application was designed to provide easy and accessible information to the stakeholders. It offers direct access to general company information, stock quotes, presentations, reports, news and press releases. This application can be found in the Appstore under 'Ageas'.

Ageas's annual results for 2012 were published in the press release of 20 February 2013. The publication of the first quarter 2013 results is scheduled on 15 May 2013.
