Steven Braekeveldt receives “Inspiring Leader” award

The “Inspiring Leader” award is designed to reward a leader that stands out due to his attitude within a business context.

The award is, unquestionably recognition of Steven's day-to-day commitment towards the strengthening of bonds with the 1300+ Ageas Group Portugal employees, as well as the Partners of the Company. His interaction takes many forms, each making a huge impact on the audience he tries to reach. Among other things, Steven engages strongly with people through real, simple yet highly inspiring speeches at internal and external events.

This is the first year that this prize has been awarded by the Internal Communication Observatory (Observatório de Comunicação Interna – OCI). The OCI has as its main vision to be the reference forum for good practices in Internal Communication in Portugal. OCI was created by ATREVIA and by the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Catholic University of Portugal and it aims to deepen the importance of strong internal communications as a key tool in the transmission of messaging around values, corporate identity, culture and internal brand management.
