Starting with energy-efficient windows, LIVO aims to provide sustainable, personalised and comprehensive home solutions, guided by specialist home advisors. The goal is to create more sustainable communities by offering an accessible and eco-friendly portfolio of home services.

New task force helps customers weather the storms
In the UK, we introduced preventative measures to help customers weather the storms. We created a special Weather Taskforce that brings together internal and external experts to provide our customers with professional advice to mitigate the impact of weather events on their homes. Leveraging on the expertise of the Taskforce, we created a weather surge plan in the advent of storms, and launched an online weather hub for practical advice. This new initiative was positively received, especially by customers in high-risk areas.
